In a temperature-controlled environment, we have 12 last generation Citizen Cincom sliding headstock lathes, with all the equipment for working titanium and steel items from 0.5 to 32 mm in diameter.

They are used to make components for spinal surgery, bone screws, pedicle screws, trans-skeletal pins, precision orthopaedic articles, with cannulation diameters starting from 1.6 mm.

The facility has optical and mechanical measuring instruments specific to this type of processing, thus guaranteeing state-of-the art in-process controls.
